Robin Drew

Robin Drew is the Managing Principal of PRJ Compensation Consulting, and is responsible for all business development, delivery of client services, and operations oversite.

With over 25 years of experience in both compensation and human resources, Robin offers a significant depth of knowledge about compensation practices as a critical piece of human capital planning and programs. She brings a practical, transparent, and solutions-oriented approach to each client engagement, regularly consulting on topics from compensation philosophy, salary administration programs, reward and bonus programs, executive compensation programs, customized salary surveys, and the interface between compensation and performance management programs.

Robin also advises clients on implementation strategies, such as communications or internal training to support successful new salary program launches or to support changes and updates to existing systems and practices. In true consultative fashion, she listens to learn what the client and business need, then provides the advisement, programs, or tools to meet or exceed expectations.

PRJ Compensation Consulting works across many industry sectors (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, municipal governments, and the nonprofit sector), ensuring that Robin and the PRJ team have a broad knowledge of compensation trends, practices, and challenges.

Robin graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. She is a member of WorldatWork and SHRM. Prior to joining PRJ, she worked in corporate HR in the banking industry.
