Amy Murray

Amy Murray is Vice President and Senior Consultant, bringing over 25 years of varied Compensation, HR, and Consulting experience to the team. Amy is responsible for market research and data analytics activities and utilizes her multi-faceted HR and consulting experience to analyze, interpret, and consolidate data, leading to the development of insightful recommendations and various user-friendly and client-focused tools.

Amy’s experience incorporates management-level positions with large multinational corporations within the International Consulting, Technical Manufacturing, and Financial Services sectors. Throughout her vast career, Amy has led teams in nearly every HR discipline including Compensation, Employee Relations, Recruitment, International Payroll, and Employee Mobility.

Amy is a graduate of Duke University with a BA in Economics. She also holds an MA in Management from Webster University. She is a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) member and has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification since 1996.
