Lynn Giardinelli

Lynn is Vice President and Senior Consultant, bringing 30+ years of progressive management and HR leadership experience to our clients. Lynn provides our clients with advisement and tools to support the successful implementation of new compensation programs and also consults on a broad range of strategic HR topics, including reorganization, talent management, HR strategy, and internal communications that support change management objectives.

Lynn’s background brings valuable insights from a career of building and leading the HR function in both the non-profit and corporate sectors. In both sectors, she reorganized the HR function to meet organizational growth and strategic needs, advising leadership and providing a strong foundation for culture, communication, and talent attraction/retention. Through her consulting work, Lynn continues to provide objective advisement and special project support.

Lynn graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology. A member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) , she holds a SHRM Human Resources Management Certificate from Villanova University. She serves on the Human Resources Committee of Community Volunteers in Medicine in West Chester, PA.
